The League stores and manages personal data as follows:
– We ask clubs annually to provide the names and email addresses of key club contacts (club reps, club captains, fixture secretaries, treasurers and masters contacts). It is used to send emails to clubs, and the list is shared with clubs on request. The list itself is not published. The data is edited as and when, and overwritten annually once clubs have provided new details.
– We import and store the email addresses of team captains from the online league management system in use at the time, which clubs need to keep up to date. The data stored is refreshed periodically to keep it accurate.
This data is stored securely in a commercial online system that only key league officers have access to.
